Duration: 00:30:17

In this episode, Tessa Tubbs sits down with entrepreneur, author, TEDx speaker, aviator, and law enforcement professional Ali Hemyari for a grounded conversation about success, discipline, and legacy. Together, they explore what it really takes to build a meaningful life, not just a successful one: the power of relationships, the value of discomfort, the discipline of self-investment, and the responsibility that comes with influence. Ali shares hard-won insight on ambition, faith, family, ethics, and why true success is built through long-term effort, not quick wins. If you are redefining success and learning how to lead yourself with clarity and conviction, this conversation will meet you there.
